Motivation / Current Behaviour

Current NNs and GNNs as well as the data generation methodology were inconsistent and had some issues e.g. same parameters for all age groups.
We need to re-do all experiments with diligence and improve the issues.

Enhancement description

  • Generate new data without age groups (83 Mio)
  • Generate new data with age groups (83 Mio, 6 age agroups, age specific parameters
  • Generate "realistic" distibution of individuals meaning that the random percentages drawn are based on the number of Infected individuals
  • Plot the input data
  • Grid Search with cross validtaion for model withput age groups
  • Grid Search with cross validation for model with age groups
  • plot both grid search results
