[Bug] BitDefender Total Security blocks scoop

Current Behavior

BitDefender Total Security blocks all files in the shims directory from being installed

Expected Behavior

the shims should be created

Additional context/output

I turned off everything and did all the exceptions but it still wouldn't let up, I could only install scoop once uninstalling the whole thing. I will not be installing it again, so sorry it will be hard to provide more details

Possible Solution

Requires more monitoring from other users about this problem.
