[Feature] Add the ability to sort results

Description

It would be nice to have a dropdown selection that allows the user to sort by some of the numeric data that we have. We have access to the FCE (hrsPerWeek), course rate (rating[]), and teaching rate. There are times when students just need an easy class to round out their already difficult semester, or want a really interesting, well-taught course.

I personally built my own script on top of the course-tool api for doing exactly this, and feel like it would be a welcome addition to the site.
