Set up the project files in a logical manner... #1381

We should move the project files to github and have a logical project setup there. Currently, we all recognize the current SVN is a mess.

The current thinking is to import the whole repo into github, fork off different projects (to retain history), and then delete unneeded files.

We also should see if we can get our tickets imported in somehow.
