[Newcomer] Seattlelib unit tests did not catch advertise NameError

My recent change to centralized v1 for #1257 introduced a NameError. However, it was not caught by the seattlelib unit tests. I only found out aobut this when I looked at a nodemanager log. The existing unit test should be modified so that exceptions that are raised by the different advertise libraries are picked up.
