Add feature to manually add exceptions and whitelist complete ip ranges/subnets/wildcards domains

In the configuration dialog, you can only remove exceptions, but not add them. It would be nice to be able to do so, to whitelist known good servers like in the local network.
In this regard, it would also be nice to be able to add ip ranges/subnets and wildcard domains (like *.domain.com).
