Is there any documentation anywhere where one could look to see what at least some of the script variable in the menu this provides mean / are used for?

There's not really any formal list or anything currently, just bits scattered through mod source code, spm-headers/spm-docs and random discord messages unfortunately

Is there like a certain discord server that I'm likely to find some of those messages in? or any key terms I should use to search the source code/spm-headers/spm-docs with? I appreciate any help that you can give me, athough I understand if this is outside of the scope here
