AFK Mode Character Rotate Bug

Description
Newish feature in elvui to stop character from rotating while afk mode is on is not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. /elvui
2. General
3. Cosmetic
4. AFK Mode
5. Uncheck 'Camera Spin'
6. Exit elvui
7. /afk

Expected Behavior
When afk mode starts camera should not rotate around character.

Actual Behavior
Camera rotates around character.

ElvUI + S&L Enabled
Can reproduce it with only ElvUI + S&L Enabled

Only ElvUI Enabled
With only ElvUI addon enabled, camera does not rotate around character.
