Describe the bug / error

I created an SPFx-based Teams personal tab app using VSCode and Teams Toolkit, and expanded it to display in Outlook and Microsoft 365. It loads well on most hosts like Teams/Outlook desktop clients (Windows) and the web, but it only fails to load on Android mobile apps - Outlook, Microsoft 365 (Office).

Teams - work correctly - just for reference

There are reports that it doesn't work on iOS either, so it might be a related issue.
#10073

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new SPFx-based Teams personal tab app using VSCode and Teams Toolkit
  2. Deploy the app to your sharepoint tenant
  3. Add the app to Teams (also via sharepoint)
  4. Make sure the app is accessible to your user in the teams admin portal
  5. Open the app in Outlook/Microsoft 365(Office) for mobile (Android)

Expected behavior

the App load normally on Outlook/Microsoft 365 (Office) for mobile (Android).
