Describe the bug / error

I have a problem with the SharePoint Online search. I have a document library with about 5000 documents. If I filter here on 2 columns, I get approx. 2000 search hits. If I use the search in the independent search query tool (https://github.com/pnp/PnP-Tools/tree/master/Solutions/SharePoint.Search.QueryTool), I only get 15 search hits. I suspect this is due to the search index. I have already reindexed several times, but this does not lead to any change. what else can I do?
