Describe the issue
I am trying to install Microsoft Learning Pathways to my SharePoint site. I am using PowerShell 7 and am able to successfully connect to PNPOnline, however, when I try to invoked the PnPSiteTemplate, An error Invoke-PnPSiteTemplate: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) is received. I am the site owner, global administrator, sharepoint administrator and Site collection administrator.
Expected behavior
My expectation is that the Learning Pathways installs to the site.
