Ardupilot supports DSHOT telemetry with BLHeli32 and BLHeli_S https://ardupilot.org/copter/docs/common-esc-telemetry.html

Is there any possibility of getting support for this telemetry data added? Particularly interested a RPM readout.

As with the other requests, only possible if it is sent by the FC over mavlink, but no further work is planned for MWOSD as there is little memory left.
MWOSD development will be bugfixes only./

Sorry its not a better answer for you but I would be happy to merge any development if someone else picks it up.
