Remove the built-in PyPilot plugin function and add support for the Signal K v2 Autopilot API to enable autopilot interaction via Provider plugins installed on the server.

Signal K Server 2.13.0 will implement the Autopilot API.
Deprecation of built-in PyPilot support will commence as of Freeboard-SK v2.13.0.

  • Autopilot API detection & support
  • Will use built-in PyPilot support if enabled but prompt to change to pypilot-autopilot-provider plugin
