This is an issue with the alpha releases (v3) being incompatible with the current stable releases (v2).

While I am to fix this at some point, alpha releases are alpha releases for a reason.
If possible, please try to avert combining Nbt Crafting v2 with Nbt Crafting v3.

If Nbt Crafting v3 has been pulled in by a dependency I can't really help you, since you're using Quilt loader, which at this point sadly doesn't give any information about these cases.

I'm gonna keep this issue open as a reminder to fix compatibility at some point when I have the time and energy for it :D
