[feature request] Add vanila receipt overriding

Allow to extend vanila receipts. For arxample, invisible frame plus glow ink sac can produse glowing invisible frame, also usual item frame plus glow ink sac stil produse usual glowing frame.

You can already do that with this mod, and I don't think it makes much sense to include the modified recipes by default as every datapack would need something different.
