Tag filter/sorter for class blogs for post filtering

From Teacher: "Can we get a tag sort somewhere on the front page of our course sections? I'd love to use them to organize posts (a tag for warmups, a tag for materials, all stuff for X competency under one tag, etc.) but as far as I can tell, the only way to actually access them is to go into a post, which is not very practical."

Thoughts from design call:

• Add tags list to section page sidebar on right, under the main course info box
• Include counts of matching posts to side
• Sort by alpha or number of posts
• Filter section page's blog posts on click

The mockup linked above needs to be wired up to show the relevant tags and post counts, sort them (by number of posts is probably best), and link to filtered views.
