Project not building

Hi all,

As per the project's README:

Check out and build this project locally (with mvn install) to get access to the [maven archetype](https://github.com/SmartBear/ready-api-plugins/tree/master/ready-api-plugin-archetype) and [plugin template](https://github.com/SmartBear/ready-api-plugins/tree/master/ready-api-plugin-template) for getting started quickly with building plugins.

Unfortunately, it does not build locally. Could you please enhance the documentation to provide the specific steps needed to build successfuly?

Where could I find the dependencies that have been now set as provided?

Error message: The following artifacts could not be resolved: com.smartbear:ready-api-core:jar:3.5.0, com.smartbear:ready-api-soapui-pro:jar:3.5.0, com.smartbear:ready-api-projects:jar:3.5.0, json:json-lib:jar:2.2.2-jdk15-fixed
