Open System Settings from header showing a near-blank page of kcm_quick in Plasma 5.24 (maybe 5.23 too)

A Little Issue

So, in my Plasma 5.24.5, system settings opened from the header will lead to the old system settings page (kcm_quick).
in my mind (I don't know if this is possible), the launcher should check if the new home (kcm_landingpage) is exist and open it, and if it is not (because in the old Plasma Version), then the launcher will open a old home page.
