If I have iBus daemon running, I cannot type in anything into the search.

ibus-daemon -drxR -n kde --panel=/usr/lib/kimpanel-ibus-panel

This is the command I use in my autostart to launch iBus so I can type in Indian languages. However, if I have it enabled, I cannot type anything in search. Typing works the moment I terminate iBus.
