Describe the bug
Followed the step described in the page. https://quickstarts.snowflake.com/guide/devops_dcm_schemachange_github/index.html
URL of where you see the bug

To Reproduce
Follow the steps described in the https://quickstarts.snowflake.com/guide/devops_dcm_schemachange_github/index.html?index=..%2F..index#0, it throws the error Password is empty

Additional context
The schema change is using 4.0 version, on this version, parameterized snowflake variables are decommissioned. Either we should have ability to use specific version of schema change or this page needs to be update to use the latest version of schema change.
