1. It is useful for service users and service providers to agree e.g. on the extent to which they provide building blocks in such a computer program and the extent to which some things are premade or preset.
   1.1 We want to create records based on a template, e.g. on an empty record.
   ClickUp is designed more costly: One can’t delete the columns: “Assignee”, “Due date”, “Priority”, “Linked tasks”. One can hide them.

2. It is useful to let people create many units and to let them make any unit as large and as complex as they like.
   2.1 "Space names must be 32 characters or less."
