Given the results of recent literature i.e. [1], it seems prudent to try and normalize the results of our Spinal-Cord derived metrics relative to a standardized control (PAM50 being the obvious choice).

At time of writing, results are currently standardized internally relative to a training split's mean and standard deviation.
