#jQuery xml2json

A simple jQuery plugin that converts XML data, typically from $.ajax requests, to a valid JSON object.

Here's a simple usage example:

$.ajax({
    url: 'data/test.xml',
    dataType: 'xml',
    success: function(response) {
        json = $.xml2json(response);
    }
});
