BlockCMS Project dashboard UI design - Polybase

This issue defines the features of the project dashboard created using Polybase.

Note: This screen will be different for different databases selected while creating the project by the user.

• When a project is created the user will land on the project dashboard welcome screen
• The welcome screen will always be available to the user to take references from the links
• The welcome screen can always be accessed by clicking on the project name along with the icon from the left menu
• The dashboard will also have other menu options such as Schema, Content, Files, API Playground, Project Settings, and Help
• The left menu is a collapsible menu
• The other menu options will also have their own sub-menu which will open to the right of the main menu when clicked
