Polybase studio - Files

This issue focuses on the features of Files in the Polybase studio

Files screen

• The files will have all the assets like images and videos uploaded and stored to be used as content
• Upload -> file upload and directly create an entry in the table
• Add entry -> opens up the add asset screen -> upload file -> preview file & details -> save to create entry in the table
• Filter & Configure table will be the same as the Contents
• The table will be dynamic and will have the following columns as of now

• Stages
• Preview
• ID
• Created At
• Created By
• Updated At
• Updated By
• Handle
• File Name
• Height
• Width
• Size
• Type

Upload File

• This is a required field and cannot be saved empty
• Upload file
• Preview file and its details
• The field will also have the option to Download or delete from the same place
• Save: creates an entry with a draft on the table
• Save & Publish: creates an entry in the table with the published state

Edit file

• The edit icon clicked on the table will take the user to the edit file page
• View the file and its details
• Delete the file to add a new one
• Save: creates an entry with a draft on the table
• Save & Publish: creates an entry in the table with the published state
