SpaceNet Roads dataset

Good afternoon,

I'm wondering, how could I download the SpaceNet Roads dataset?
The links in this page (https://medium.com/the-downlinq/introducing-the-spacenet-road-detection-and-routing-challenge-and-dataset-7604de39b779) doesn't work.
I thought that I should have an account with AWS but during the registration, they asked me for the Credit/Debit card number. So, I'm not sure if it is free.

Hello,

The SpaceNet dataset requires an AWS account to download. This may require providing a credit card. However, you will not be charged for download of the SpaceNet dataset. I've updated the instructions for downloading the dataset.
