Current APS 2 application design does not imply automatic activation of the Archiving product for each newly added domain. After a domain is protected the Archiving product becomes available but actual activation of the email archiving should be made manually still. Current behavior can be adjusted and a new configuration option can be introduced to implement automatic email archiving activation but it won't be the default behavior as it affects billing processes of the existing application users and cannot be "just changed".

I'm converting this into an enhancement and it will go through our regular procedures of enhancements implementation. Unfortunately at the moment the ETA of this enhancement implementation cannot be provided.
