如下配置了 熔断的 fallback实现类
@service
public class RoleServiceFeignHystrix implements RoleServiceFeignApi {
}
ApplicationContext.getBean（RoleServiceFeignApi .class）调用的时候 直接调用RoleServiceFeignHystrix .而不是dubbo接口服务
