Scaling in Bolognani is misbehaving #6

When setting scaling to true in Bolognani2015 some weird things happen. For example, the solution does not fulfill linear power flow as it should and regression tests fail.

This issue does not appear in the old version of the code.

Idea: compare the Ybus matrices between this implementation and the old code.

The problem appears with Gurobi
