source of yard issues: corners not pulling comps #245

the yard gets stuck in an odd state on John's base. First, it will be unable to start a weld - it doesn't see any targets for some reason. then after the grid is fixshipped, you can hit weld and it goes, but no beams are visible. Hitting stop causes it to stop several minutes later.

in addition: the global queue is totally borked, I remember from spaceaids every shipyard was updating at once |
