Rework of Hebrew vowels

I confess I have no experience with Hebrew script, so I can do updates on the Hebrew glyphs only from purely typographical point of view, which mean to make correct lines or Bezier curves, remove incorrect points, add extremes and so on. But we both know that this is not enough if the aim is a good font family.

I can do that in the future, but at the moment I don't have the time for it. You have converted the sources to ufo, which is a great move, but also something I'm less familiar with. Because in both cases a feature file is used, it can be easy, but I don't know yet. It's good to see this font developed further, so I am motivated to contribute. Maybe in the autumn or next year.
