KV17 hints for a travel information agent

This part should not be part of the management interface, but in the existing tripdeviations. Next to "Active" we should add a table, based on KV6, of lines/trips that are currently not realtime available. Such sumary should have a [+] button to directly go into the new alternation view with the current trip selected. I would also suggest that a smart default scenario is selected.
