Define the format of what gets logged in Harvest?

Is it possible to define the format of what gets logged in Harvest?

For example, we want to log time with the following format in the Harvest time entry:

(issue key) issue summary
i.e.
(CS-101) Customer reports problem X

[gsomoza]

By default we use square brackets to indicate the ticket number, but users are allowed to edit their comment however they want.

We don't plan on adding an option for custom logging formats right now, but I'll leave the ticket open so other people can up-vote this feature if they find it interesting!
