Where can I now phpBBex 3.0 files download

Hello web developer,

With great interest I follow phpBBex and have so far had the versions like 1.9 and 2.0.4 in the employment. But now I looked at http://phpbbex.ru the new version 3.0.

Is there already somewhere publishing the files for this version 3.0? Would it be possible to upgrade my phpBBex 2.0.4 Forum to version 3.0?

I'm just waiting for the stable version 3.0 to appear. Then I look at it more closely.
