I was trying to track down how the grid overlay images at the end of section 2.6 Transforms were made. This led me to try to run the scripts in the same order starting with ./makeallim. However, I cannot figure out where the commands in the manual/images/makefigtransformexample scripts are coming from.

Where are the commands preceded by 'px' from ?

  • pxcastconvert
  • pxbinaryimageoperator
  • pxcreategridimage
  • etc

Thanks!

Thanks for asking, @sabino-ramirez They are from ITKTools: https://github.com/ITKTools/ITKTools

Cc @stefanklein Just letting you know someone else also encountered those ITKTools, and might find them interesting 😃

great that there is still interest! :) We recently revised the code a bit to make the ITKTools compile again on modern compiler with latest ITK, and I tested some tools that I used in a pipeline. Hope you get it working!
