supervisor not creating /var/log/supervisor

Os: Ubuntu 14.04 server
Hardware: Intel
Kernel version : 3.14.19

Before /var/log is on my hard-disk every thing is working fine
Now i mounted the /var/log on tmpfs [ i gave the mode=0777 in tmpfs command ]
three issues i face

1. supervisor is not running
2. if i run supervisor as service, it give following error
   " Restarting supervisor: Error: The directory named as part of the path /var/log/supervisor/supervisord.log does not exist."
3. if i manually create the folder and run the supervisor, its working.
