[Feature Request] button to open the menu in new reader

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

There should be an always visible menu button in new reader (as it somewhat was in the old reader)

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

Mouse oriented users will have a problem changing to click-center to open menu style

I don't plan to re-add a button for this, as far as I can tell it also is standard behaviour for readers to work like the new reader.

in case this gets enough requests I might think about it
