Sprint 1:

Set up the CMS toolbar and content adding functionality in the project for blog posts from the admin interface for a test example blog post.
Note: By completing this step and being able to add a simple blog post with content and see it on the site, sets the stage for styling and layout customization following the requirements.

Sprint 2:

Design and implement the styling and layout for the "Latest News" sections on the landing page for both sites and create a dedicated blog page to display all posts.
Note: Some tasks from Sprint 2 can be started earlier if Sprint 1 is completed quicker than expected.
