Change block title to "PDF Scan"

Scan only looks at PDF files and if we add other types of files it may lead to some confusion

I'm not sure how much of an issue this is, but I would be 100% ok with changing the name of this to something along the lines of "PDF Accessability Scanner" @aruethe2 What do you think?

Sounds okay to me...what do you think about "A11y PDF scanner" then if when we expand it to include other kinds of documents we could change it to "A11y doc scanner" Not sure everyone will understand the A11y but then they might be motivated to ask
