nodejs client for Symantec Scan Engine?

Looking for a node-based client to the Scan Engine, which we have running in an EC2 container in AWS cloud. There appear to be supported clients for C, Java and .Net, and the ICAP protocol. I found a couple old/unmaintained npm packages for ICAP protocol clients, but obviously want something maintained and up-to-date.

Any plans from Symantec to support nodejs? Is there any existing client option which I am missing?
