Accept changing ticket category without changing sub category

When you update a ticket by changing ticket category and save, the module not validate if the sub category belong to the changed category.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I have updated the module to clear the subcategory on category change, the domain filter will restrict newly selected sub category to be a child of the current category.
