Suggestion: Selection Improvements

This one's not so much a problem as a minor inconvenience when dealing with the selection tool.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Menu Option Called Selection with the following options

Deselect (its normally just a right click with the selection tool but can be annoying when suddenly blocks cant be placed because something is selected still

Change Selection Size with a small popup menu for the current x and y dimensions and the ability to resize them, when copying a large area i have to zoom out and making the selection precisely while zoomed out is difficult.

Move Selection Box (maybe with the arrow keys?) but the ability to move the selection box itself (as in the bounding box, not what tiles/walls etc are selected, but instead changing what is selected) without re-selecting manually with a mouse would be a huge improvement.

and the following could also be options on said menu but aren't such a big deal
(normally i just use hotkeys ctrl+c, ctrl+v, and delete for these anyway but they could be useful)
