Add the ability to send offers manually through commands on Discord/Steam with, for example, a trade link.
Example:
!moffer myItem=Refined metal?amount=<>&yourItem=Mann Co Key?amount=<>&tlink=(partner=125812677&token=q9U5maKI)
!moffer - command to create a manual offer;
myItem - items we are offering;
yourItem - items we want to receive
amount - quantity of items
tlink - partner ID and trade link token (example: https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=125812677&token=q9U5maKI)

The ability to send a trade offer manually will be useful when creating offers for a large quantity of items of the same type.
