Hi @this-sunil ,

Sorry to hear that you had difficulties getting a trial license. We are actively working on this problem to enable developers to get a license key without the need to log into the portal or contact support.

Without a license key you can still play sources hosted on cdn.theoplayer.com.
You can get demo stream urls from https://www.theoplayer.com/theoplayer-demo-overview by calling player.source in Javascipt console on any of our demo pages.

Could you please send us an e-mail to [email protected] (or directly to me: [email protected]) and we will get back to you as soon as possible (at the latest next week)?
