Allow for retrieving "advanced" move info

The Wavu movelist has a lot of info that is not possible to query using the bot, such as crush frames, tracking, range and recovery. Some users might be interested in this info and might want the convenience of viewing it through the bot itself. Providing some sort of switch or alternate command to surface this information would be useful.

I'd like to add that retrieving the "alias" and "alt" would also be very useful as they usually list different inputs and various unofficial notation which will make finding moves easier.

The issues are -

1. Creating a user-friendly command to do so
2. Adding that info in the embed in a way that doesn't make things too cluttered
