Standardisation of MGIT-sputum-culture pairs

Would be interesting to have a standard conformation that aids comparison within the same sample if they have been sequenced at different stages

Hi @vrennie and @mdediegofuertes ,

Maybe, this could be expressed in a standardized coding of stages (3-month , 6-month etc)

Or simply we can accommodate the date of sequencing in the samplesheet as an optional field.
