./flogsim -P 128 -o 1 -L 4 --faults uniform -F 4 --coll kary_bcast --log log  --seed 2800019451

gives colouring time 58 and total time 57. The reason is that colouring includes "gap", the total does not. This inconsistency should be fixed.

As of now, total runtime of 57 is considered to be correct (57), so colouring should be fixed appropriately.
