mp4 download wrong metadata for video length

Describe the bug
If i download from tum.live my mp4 files have only a few seconds as duration in their properties. If i open the file with vlc it is 02:20:00 (2h2m0s) long. I think that in the metadata from the mp4 a wrong value is. If on win10 you look at the properties of the file Details->Video->Länge it says 00:00:09. Some Players have problems to play to video (The player only plays 9 seconds).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
System: win10, firefox

1. Go to https://tum.live/w/eidi/36121
2. Click on Download->Combined
3. wait for the download to finish
4. right click the file ->Properties->Details
5. See wrong length of video
