Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
During my work for a course at TUM i tried to upload subtitles for a educational video.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to add .srt files for a video.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative would be backed-in captions, which adds a lot of duplicated video content on the organizers side
