Better visibility of review status

Mathias Schreiber requested on slack a improvement of the visibility of the review status.
He mentioned that a class for the state on the body tag would be nice.

So it would be possible via additional JS code and some styles.

At the moment it looks always like this.

Maybe we can discuss this a bit before I start.
